Volunteer/Community Program

We offer free 3D Printer repairs for the first thirty minutes (except cost of parts) on the Third Saturday of the month from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Please check the public calendar on our home page for the next event!

If we are unable to repair the printer within the 30 minutes we will provide an estimate for services and timeline for repair afterwards or at least guide you to the rest of the way if you want to do the rest yourself!

During Business Hours/Urgent Requests

Please note that we no do not accept walk in repair customers! Please call or email in advance. 

Please note, this will not be a quick turnaround!

We can't make magic happen but if a time-sensitive print is on hold while your printer is in our shop waiting for time between our normal operations, ask us about our 3D Printing Services at a heavily discounted rate to help soothe the fire!

Pricing FAQs

We usually charge $50/hr for repair work plus cost of replacement parts.  If you supply your own replacements, we only charge for the time we're working on the machine.

Machines left on site for extended periods of time after they are ready for pickup are subject to a daily storage fee in the amount of $10/day until picked up.  

Full payment is required to pick up repaired machines for customers with balances due.
